Jugun and Commworx work hand-in-hand to source local skilled labour and technical personnel. Our commitment for local projects is to have 10% of the workforce come from the local Indigenous community being engaged in a training program to meet the required skillset for the project.
We recognise that younger generations are important to the success of the community, and we encourage them to take up training for current and future opportunities.
A part of our involvement in local development projects, we listen to local Aboriginal community matters to deliver initiatives that benefit the long-term success and prosperity of these communities. We secure 10% of profits from Jugun projects to be allocated to benefit the local Community causes that aligns with the needs of the local Indigenous community.
